The Banner over MS is LOVE! “Do not call to mind the former things, or ponder things of the past. Behold, I will do something new, NOW it will SPRING FORTH!” Mississippi’s covenant root has been established and the olive branch has been extended. Mississippi has moved from wrestling with the past and has MOVED to Peniel. I AM giving MS a NEW name and her TRUE IDENTITY! “The nations will see your righteousness (oak tree-Is. 61:3) and all kings your glory; and you will be called by a new name which the mouth of the Lord will designate (white stone-Rev. 2:17). It will no longer be said to you “Forsaken”, nor to your land will it any longer be said “desolate”; but you will be called, “My delight is in her” and your land, “married” for the Lord delights in you, and to Him your land will be married.” (Is. 62:2,4) ARISE! SHINE MISSISSIPPI! For MY GLORY has risen upon you and MY GLORY will flow to you and through you! (Is. 60:1)
