This state carries a pioneering spirit (wagon wheel) and I am releasing a pioneering anointing upon you to bring forth something new. There is a Gold Rush! (Panning for gold). New business and industry will be staying and many business will even relocate to Arkansas." The Lord is pouring gold and His glory upon you. There is have for forward movement and momentum.
