Beautiful Glory Vessel
God is the potter, we are the clay. He is not looking for perfect vessels just willing and yielded vessels. Even in our most difficult times and in our brokenness, His light and glory still shines through. The Father never wastes a thing. He uses every trial and circumstance to shape and mold is into His image. He even uses our failures and mistakes to bring about His purposes in our lives and in the earth. He turns all things around for our good and for His glory. He takes our broken mess and makes us beautiful.
“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”
Romans 8:28 NASB
“Even darkness is not dark to You, And the night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light are alike to You. For You created my innermost parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, because I am awesomely and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well.”
Psalms 139:12-14 NASB
“For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen containers, so that the extraordinary greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves; we are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed;”
2 Corinthians 4:6-9 NASB

He turns our mourning into dancing, sorrow into joy, and makes beauty from ashes.
“You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have untied my sackcloth and encircled me with joy, That my soul may sing praise to You and not be silent. LORD my God, I will give thanks to You forever.”
Psalms 30:11-12 NASB
