Pouring Out (Watering Can)
You are like a watering can. You receive the rain and glory from heaven and pour it on the dry and thirsty ones the Father brings to you. You have a heart of compassion and mercy. You have experienced the Father’s loving and healing hand, so you allow the Lord to love others through yours. “Freely you have received, freely give.” The Lord has opened your eyes to see the hurting and forgotten and He has graced you to bring life and wholeness into their lives. You are led by the Holy Spirit in your words and intercession that are like “healing to the flesh and strength to the bones”. You have a selfless heart of a servant and pour out of yourself (sometimes to a fault) because you long to see a life restored. You bring the Lord so much pleasure because your life is a beautiful drink offering that you pour out for Him.
“Indeed, the Lord will comfort Zion; He will comfort all her waste places. And her wilderness He will make like Eden, And her desert like the garden of the Lord; Joy and gladness will be found in her, Thanksgiving and sound of a melody.” Isaiah 51:3
“For I will pour out water on the thirsty land And streams on the dry ground; I will pour out My Spirit on your offspring And My blessing on your descendants, And they will spring up among the grass Like poplars by streams of water.’” Isaiah 44:3-4
