Redeemed and Restored
The Lord is loving and compassionate, full of mercy and grace. You have turned your heart towards Him, and He is there with His arms wide open with a ring for you. He is your Champion and Defender. He is your Husband and your Source. The Lord says He is restoring to you the years that the locusts have eaten. It is time for the refreshing rain of His presence. You have been redeemed and are fully set apart for Him. You are His bride and His prized possession. He has put His covenant seal upon you. Rejoice dear one, for it is a new day and the new season has come!
“For the Lord will vindicate His people, and will have compassion on His servants, When He sees that their strength is gone, and there is none remaining, bond or free.” Deuteronomy 32:36
“So, rejoice, O sons of Zion, and be glad in the Lord your God; For He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has poured down for you the rain, The early and latter rain as before. The threshing floors will be full of grain, And the vats will overflow with the new wine and oil. Then I will make up to you for the years That the swarming locust has eaten, the creeping locust, the stripping locust and the gnawing locust, My great army which I sent among you. You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; Then My people will never be put to shame.” Joel 2:23-26
