Altar of Worship
“I am searching and seeking out those who will worship Me in spirit and in truth. I am looking for those who will come into My presence with a heart of love and a life of surrender. Build an altar of encounter. Be a Mary once again and sit at My feet, and put your head on My breast and listen to the rhythm of My heart. I am syncing your heart to beat with Mine. I am aligning you to become pure and holy as I Am holy. Come to My Waters. Come and drink from My fountain of life. Come and receive My gift of abundance. Come and make the exchange. Do not waste your money on what does not satisfy. Come, delight yourself in Me, for I delight in you.”
The altar is a place of exchange. We lay our lives down, our desires, our preferences in exchange for what the Father has for us.
Heart- the exchange of love. We love God because He first lived us.
Rock- Jesus, the Word, Truth, firm foundation
12 Rocks of the Altar corporate worship as one in Christ (for the 12 tribes)
Water- Spirit, living water
“God has a constantly flowing river whose sparkling streams bring joy and delight to his people. His river flows right through the city of God Most High, into his holy dwelling places. Everyone look! Come and see the breathtaking wonders of our God. For he brings both ruin and revival. He’s the one who makes conflicts end throughout the earth, breaking and burning every weapon of war. Surrender your anxiety. Be still and realize that I am God. I am God above all the nations, and I am exalted throughout the whole earth.” Psalms 46:4, 8-10 TPT
“Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.” Romans 12:1
“You there! Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; And you who have no money, come, buy and eat. Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost. “Why do you spend money for what is not bread, And your wages for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, And delight yourself in abundance.” Isaiah 55:1-2
“But a time is coming, and even now has arrived, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers.” John 4:23
“Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of armies.” Zechariah 4:6
“For I do not want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, that our fathers were all under the cloud and they all passed through the sea; and they all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea; and they all ate the same spiritual food, and all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking from a spiritual rock which followed them; and the rock was Christ.”
1 Corinthians 10:1-4
