Tears of Joy
It is restoration time. I am restoring the years that have been lost and stolen. I’m restoring your harvest that has been eaten by the swarming and creeping locusts. The rain/reign of My presence has come. My soaking, soothing, refreshing rain is here. Though you have sown in painful tears, it is time to reap in tears of JOY and gladness. I Am your vindication. I Am your Deliverer. I Am your Redeemer. People will say, “The Lord has done great things for them!” for your house is a habitation where My glory dwells, and the new wine, and the oil of My presence is being poured out. Like a dream, watch and see what I will do.
“When the Lord brought back the captives of Zion, We were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter And our tongue with joyful shouting; Then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” The Lord has done great things for us; We are joyful. ¶Restore our fortunes, Lord, As the streams in the South. Those who sow in tears shall harvest with joyful shouting. One who goes here and there weeping, carrying his bag of seed, Shall indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.” Psalm 126:1-6
“So shout for joy, you sons of Zion, And rejoice in the Lord your God; For He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has brought down for you the rain, The early and latter rain as before. The threshing floors will be full of grain, And the vats will overflow with the new wine and oil. “Then I will compensate you for the years That the swarming locust has eaten, The creeping locust, the stripping locust, and the gnawing locust— My great army which I sent among you.” Joel 2:23-25
